This plan is fully integrated with other schoolwide priorities and plans. The team reviews their goals and the plan regularly to monitor implementation and make necessary adjustments.
How do you develop an effective plan?
An effective plan begins with understanding the school’s current resources and needs, and aligning to the school’s overall mission and goals. It’s important that all impacted stakeholders have an opportunity to weigh in.
